Victoria Kennedy is a Wall Street Journal Best-Selling Author, TEDx speaker, and well-respected authority in public relations. Victoria organically scaled Victorious PR to over $1M in revenue in our first year. She has also given talks and workshops and worked as a trusted consultant for Entrepreneurs, C-level executives, global crypto events, and top Inc. 5000 companies. She has been featured in hundreds of publications and podcasts nationally and internationally.
She is a highly in-demand speaker on all things branding and publicity and has helped over 200 Victorious PR clients boost their visibility and revenue. Because of her expertise, she has been a trusted speaker and contributor to such organizations as Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Inman News, Cointelegraph, CoinCheckUp, Coin Speaker, Crypto Reporter, Bitcoin Insider, and Yahoo! Aleks Mihajlovska
Head of PR
Aleksandra Mihajlovska, a professional theatre 0actress with bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University for Audiovisual Arts: ESRA Paris, Skopje, New York, is the Head of PR and has grown in the company since 2020.
She has been instrumental in the financial success of the firm, is a great leader with innovative ideas, and has exceptional management skills. Her ability to effectively manage and inspire her team has been a major factor in the company’s growth and success. In addition to her role in expanding the business, she manages the personal branding and PR for CEO Victoria Kennedy, demonstrating her versatility and dedication to the company’s overall success. She is a true asset to the team and her contributions have been invaluable in achieving the firm’s goals.
In addition to her full-time work at Victorious PR, Mihajlovska is using applied theatre tools on local and international levels to work on various projects for communication, conflict resolution, intercultural dialogue, and personal development. Her background in the creative arts allows Aleksandra to explore the PR world from a different perspective, using her storytelling techniques to craft unique branding angles and PR strategies for our clients and work on internal management of the PR team.
Natalie Anne Constable
Brand Strategist
Natalie Anne Constable holds a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Ringling College of Art and Design and is a seasoned writer with over 10 years of experience in the liberal arts, communications, marketing, and public relations spaces. She has worked primarily in B2B leadership roles for award-winning firms.
Constable’s strategic, personalized, and detail-oriented approach have enabled her to deliver exceptional content and campaigns that exceed client expectations. At Victorious PR, her responsibilities as Brand Strategist include onboarding new clients and managing their publicists from campaign start to finish, with a focus on creativity and care. Constable excels at getting to the heart of client’s missions and values to uncover the riveting story that every business owner has inside — the ‘hook’ that keeps media readers and listeners paying attention.
She is passionate about mental health awareness, lifelong learning, fiber arts, and portrait painting.
James Guttman
Editor in Chief
James Guttman is a talented writer and editor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has contributed to a number of notable publications, including Yahoo!, The Mighty, Love What Matters, Autism Speaks, and Autism Parenting Magazine. His current role at Victorious PR as the manager of the Editorial Department and in-house writing team is where his skills truly shine.
At Victorious PR, James oversees the writers and content that we produce for our clients. He is responsible for ensuring that all content is of the highest quality and meets the specific needs and goals of each client. James is committed to showcasing his clients in the best light possible and has a keen eye for crafting compelling stories that resonate with the right audiences. In addition to his work at Victorious PR, James is a committed autism advocate. As father to a non-verbal son and neurotypical teenage daughter, he strives to show the similarities between children on and off the spectrum. His advocacy work within the autism community has helped to normalize families with children on the spectrum, and he is passionate about supporting those new to an autism diagnosis. Marketing Manager
